Q42: I applied the setting but the lock which is connected with R26C cannot be opened by using Indoor Screen C315.

A42:  Please check the following configuration:
--Unlock during the call:
1.On C315 web portal "Phone - Relay Setting - Remote Relay", configure the same DTMF code as the R26;
2.On "Softkey In Talking Page", configure the key X status to Enable, then configure the Relay as Remote relay by DTMF X;
4.When indoor monitor during the call, press the corresponding unlock icon to unlock local relay;
5.Users can also press the corresponding DTMF code by keypad.

--Unlock in incoming page:
1. On R26 web portal "Intercom->Relay->HTTP open relay", enable the R26 HTTP open relay setting and configure the username and password. 
2. On C315 web portal "Phone- Relay-Remote Relay By HTTP".
To configure remote relay's IP or SIP account, fill in the same username and password as R26;
3. On C315 web portal "Softkey In Incoming Page", enable the key status, fill in the icon display name, then configure the Relay as Remote Relay HTTP;

--Unlock in monitor page:
1. Go to the C315 web portal Phone - Monitor, to configure the doorphone's RTSP address. The RTSP format of Akuvox doorphone is: rtsp://device_ip/live/ch00_0;
2. On C315 web portal "Phone->relay->Softkey In Monitor Page", enable the key status, fill in the icon display name, then configure the Relay as Remote Relay HTTP;
3. Go to the device interface, press Monitor to enter the monitor interface, select the device and press the unlock icon to open the door.
