Q25: When a guest speed dials on the R29 to C313 using IP address, C313 can display the R29 camera before answering, however, when using SIP account, it will not display R29 camera until you answer.

A25: The video preview is depending on the rtsp url which can nly be used in local network. so when using ip address ,you do not need to do any settings . but if you using third part sip server, you need to create the contact information which is including rtsp url in indoor monitor first.
