(1) Type https://knowledge.akuvox.com/ in browser.
(2) Click Self Signup to create a new account. (Or enter username and password to login if you already had an account.)
(3) Enter your information to register a new account.
(4) You will receive an email from the platform. Then click Activate your account on the email to set your password and activate the account.
(5) Now you can use your email and password to log in Akuvox Knowledge Base.
Note: If you forget your password, you can click Forgot password to reset your password.
Akuvox Ticket
(1) Type https://ticket.akuvox.com/ in browser.
(2) Click Sign up to create a new account. (Or click Login to log in if you already had an account.)
(3) Enter your information, then click Register to sign up.
(4) You will receive an email from the platform. Then click the URL on the email to activate your account.
(5) Enter your name and password to activate the account.
