Q39: I'm having an issue with the r20 is interfering with my card reader system, is there anyway to disable the card reader or remove the antenna from the doorbell? I dont need the card reader on the doorbell.

Then you can go to web>Intercom>Card setting>IC/ID enabled to control the RFID feature.
